Purpose of the Position
The Enumerators will support the implementation of activities under the CRP Study, including data collection, participant recruitment, and community engagement.

- Duty Station: Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur, Nepal (with regular travel to local community pharmacies)
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tenure: 12 months
- Position Type: Contract
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Obtain informed consent and ensure confidentiality of data.
- Recruit and engage study participants at community pharmacies and primary health care centres.
- Conduct structured surveys, exit interviews, FGDs, and IDIs.
- Support participant recruitment through outreach and social media.
- Perform point-of-care CRP tests at pharmacies and health centers.
- Manage and verify data entry in study databases.
- Maintain accurate study logs and records.
- Support transcription, translation, and organization of qualitative data.
- Assist with workshops, stakeholder meetings, and community engagement events.
- Provide regular study updates to the project lead.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Education:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Auxiliary Health Worker (AHW)
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
- Experience in research, community health, or primary health care preferred
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of quantitative & qualitative research methods, data entry/management, and point-of-care testing.
- Familiarity with MS Office and electronic data capture systems.
- Soft & Operational Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent time management and flexibility for fieldwork.
- Understanding of informed consent, research ethics, and confidentiality.
- Prior experience in point-of-care diagnostic testing or pharmacy/health center work is an advantage.
