- Duty Station: Kaski & Tanahu Districts, Nepal
What You’ll Actually Do
As an Outreach Worker, you'll be the vital link between TB patients and life-saving care. You'll work directly in communities where your efforts can literally save lives. Here's what you'll do:
- Collect & Transport: Safely gather and deliver sputum samples to labs
- Trace Contacts: Locate people exposed to drug-resistant (DR) and drug-sensitive (DS) TB patients
- Track & Report: Record critical TB program data with precision
- Build Bridges: Partner with local governments, UHCs, and health posts to strengthen Nepal's TB response
Who We're Looking For
Must-Have Qualifications
- Education: CMA, HA, Nursing, or equivalent paramedic qualification
- Experience: 1+ years in health fieldwork (recent graduates with practicum experience encouraged!)
- Location Priority: Residents of Kaski or Tanahu districts
