Outreach Worker (TB Control) - Join JANTRA in Kaski & Tanahu Districts

What You’ll Actually Do

As an Outreach Worker, you'll be the vital link between TB patients and life-saving care. You'll work directly in communities where your efforts can literally save lives. Here's what you'll do:

  • Collect & Transport: Safely gather and deliver sputum samples to labs
  • Trace Contacts: Locate people exposed to drug-resistant (DR) and drug-sensitive (DS) TB patients
  • Track & Report: Record critical TB program data with precision
  • Build Bridges: Partner with local governments, UHCs, and health posts to strengthen Nepal's TB response

Who We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Education: CMA, HA, Nursing, or equivalent paramedic qualification
  • Experience: 1+ years in health fieldwork (recent graduates with practicum experience encouraged!)
  • Location Priority: Residents of Kaski or Tanahu districts
