The positions will be based in Solududhkunda Municipality and ThulungDudhkoshi Rural Municipality of Solukhumbu District depending on project's need.

Key Responsibilities of Social Mobiliser:
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, School Management Committees, youth, and local leaders to promote education and employment opportunities in the community.
- Facilitate group creation and strengthening.
- Encourage community engagement in education-enhancing initiatives.
- Help local stakeholders solve difficulties linked to school enrollment, retention, and educational quality.
- Facilitate communication among project team members, schools, and the community.
- Conduct frequent field visits to monitor project progress and gather feedback from recipients.
- Assist with data collecting for monitoring and assessment.
- Report difficulties and recommendations to the project team so that they may be addressed in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Project Officer and M&E Officer to achieve project objectives.
Required Qualification and Experience for Social Mobiliser:
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or Development Studies is recommended, along with at least one year of experience in community mobilization, education, or development initiatives.
- Experience working in rural communities, ideally in Solukhumbu or a comparable geographical location.
Required Skill & Knowledge for Social Mobiliser:
- Excellent facilitation, training, and capacity-building abilities are required.
- Excellent coordination, networking, and communication abilities.
- Effective and efficient team player.
- Report writing abilities combined with minimal computer expertise.
