Key Responsibilities of Admin and Finance Officer:
- Establish and maintain daily financial accounting and management.
- Prepare clear, accurate financial information with enough documentation in accordance with the financial policies of the government, funding partner, and organization.
- Manage procurement-related tasks.
- Financial reporting, analysis, monitoring, and follow-up on project activities.
- Day-to-day management of logistics and administration.
- Manage the project account.
- Prepare and create a budget for project implementation.
- Maintain the safety and security of project assets and stock, as well as preserve records of personal files, taxes, the Social Security Fund, and other salary-related information for the project.
Required Qualification and Experience for Admin and Finance Officer:
- BBS or BBA Accountants with at least two years of finance and administrative experience.
Required Skill & Knowledge for Admin and Finance Officer:
- Excellent computer abilities in Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Accounting Software
- Strong dedication to teamwork and excellent communication skills.
- Efficient team player that thrives under duress.
