1.Job Title: Branch Manager

  • Required no: 2 ( Two )
  • Level: Jr. Officer/Officer
  • Locations: Narayanghat & Butwal Branch
  • Age Limit: Minimum 21 years, not exceeding 40 years (additional 5 years for female candidates).

Required Qualification and Experience for Branch Manager:

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or any Management stream.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years' banking experience in NRB licensed BFIs.
    • Jr. Officer: Experience as Supervisor or above.
    • Officer: Experience as Jr. Officer or above.

Required Skills for Branch Manager:

  • Strong knowledge in Credit/Account/Compliance/Operation.
  • Excellent communication in Nepali and English.
  • Effective negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and lead teams.

2.Job Title: Credit & Marketing-RM

  • Required no: Few
  • Level: Sr. Assistant/Supervisor
  • Locations: Narayanghat & Butwal Branch
  • Age Limit: Minimum 18 years, not exceeding 35 years (additional 5 years for female candidates).

Required Qualification and Experience for Credit & Marketing-RM:

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any Management stream.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years' banking experience in NRB licensed BFIs.
    • Sr. Assistant: Experience as Assistant or above.
    • Supervisor: Experience as Sr. Assistant or above.

Required Skills for Credit & Marketing-RM:

  • Proficiency in Credit/Compliance/Operation.
  • Strong communication skills in Nepali and English.
  • Effective negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and lead teams.
