Required Qualification & Experience for Branch Manager:

  • Passed Minimum Proficiency Certificate Level and Microfinance Preference will be given to those who have worked in a financial institution for at least 3 years and have worked as a branch manager and have a vehicle and driver's license.

2.Job Title: Assistant/ Junior Assistant

  • Required No: Few

Required Qualification & Experience for Assistant/ Junior Assistant:

  • Preference will be given to those who have at least graduation in management from a recognized educational institution and have 1 year of work experience in the financial sector.

3.Job Title: Assistant

  • Required No: Few

Required Qualification & Experience for Assistant:

  • Passed Minimum Proficiency Certificate Level and Microfinance Worked at least 1 year in a financial institution. Preference will be given to those who have vehicle and driver's license.

4.Job Title: Trainee Assistant

Required Qualification & Experience for Trainee Assistant:

  • S.L.C. Or S. e. E. passed. A person with computer knowledge and willing to work in rural areas. Preference will be given to those who have vehicle and driver's license.
