Required Qualification & Experience for Head of IT Department:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/IT/MIS or related field from a recognized university.
  • At least four years of experience in banking or related fields, with a focus on microfinance.
  • Post-graduate degree in microfinance, banking, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a central office environment under the supervision of department heads.
