USAID, in partnership with The Asia Foundation and the Legal Aid and Research Center (LARC), is implementing the program "Bringing Community Together for Inclusive School Education" in the Pratappur Rural Municipality of Nawalparasi district. We're seeking talented individuals for the following roles to join our team and make a positive impact in the community.

Vacancy Highlight's:

1.Job Title: Project Coordinator

  • Required No: 1 (One)
  • Location: Pratappur Rural Municipality, Nawalparasi district

Required Qualification &  Experience for Project Coordinator:

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the Faculty of Education
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in related work

Required Skills & Responsibilities for Project Coordinator:

  • Familiarity with the Project Cycle and Project Planning
  • Knowledge of the current education system and the Education Act
  • Monitoring, evaluation, data analysis, and planning in Nepali and English
  • Conduct and facilitate district and field-level workshops and training sessions
  • Knowledge of local language, staff mobilization, and lobbying

2.Job Title: Program/Field Officer

  • Required No: 2 (Two)
  • Location: Pratappur Rural Municipality, Nawalparasi district

Required Qualification &  Experience for Program/Field Officer:

  • Graduation with at least 3 years of related work experience or 10 + 2 with 5 years of related work experience

Required Skills & Responsibilities for Program/Field Officer:

  • Proficiency in English, Nepali, and local languages
  • Two-wheeler driving license preferred
  • Community mobilization, group management, and record-keeping skills
  • Local-level coordination, data collection, and report writing
  • Familiarity with mobile apps for performance data collection

3.Job Title: Finance Officer

  • Required No: 1 (One)
  • Location: Pratappur Rural Municipality, Nawalparasi district

Required Qualification &  Experience for Finance Officer:

  • Graduate in the Faculty of Finance with 2 years of related work experience or Intermediate level with 4 years of related work experience

Required Skills & Responsibilities for Finance Officer:

  • Proficiency in financial documentation, double-entry accounting, and financial software
  • Financial report writing and office management skills
  • Expertise in financial monitoring and evaluation
