Senior Social Female Worker Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Social Female Worker to join our team as a House Auntie. In this residential role, you will play a crucial part in our mission to support abandoned children, as well as assist in our educational and outreach programs for underprivileged women and children. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Reqired Qualification & Experience for Senior Social Female Worker:
- Educational Qualification:
- Minimum high school diploma (+2 passed) or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Special consideration for graduates in social work or related fields.
- Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience working with early and late teenage girls.
- Mature and nurturing individuals are preferred.
- Previous live-in and counseling experience is a plus.
Salary & Benefit for Senior Social Female Worker:
- Salary:
- Salary range of NPR 32,000-38,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
- Includes Dashain bonus.
- Provident Fund available after one year.
