Sports Facilitator Job Description:

Right4Children (R4C) is looking for a passionate and dedicated Sports Facilitator to join our team in Pokhara and support the Right2Run Project. This role involves working closely with children and young people in government schools to enhance their sports skills and promote a healthy, active lifestyle.

Responsibilities of Sports Facilitator:

  • Collaborate with the R4C extra-curricular coordinator to manage sports training sessions
  • Work with young children to develop their sports skills, focusing on trail running
  • Create training plans and organize local sports competitions

Required Qualification &  Experience for Sports Facilitator:

  • High school diploma (+2 Educational Certificate)
  • Competitive background in sports and athletics

Required Skills for Sports Facilitator:

  • Basic English language and computer skills
  • Two-wheeler driving license preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage various sports activities
