Youth Empowerment Trainer Job Description:
As a Youth Empowerment Trainer, you will work directly with young people aged 16-30, designing and delivering impactful life skills training programs. Your role includes organizing workshops and mentoring participants on their journey towards personal and professional success. You will create a safe and inclusive environment that fosters growth and development.

Responsibilities of Youth Empowerment Trainer:
- Design and deliver impactful life skills training programs focusing on communication, problem-solving, leadership, and critical thinking.
- Organize interactive workshops and activities that foster personal development and career readiness.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to young participants, fostering a safe and inclusive environment.
- Develop and deliver engaging English language classes, empowering youth to connect with the global community.
- Collaborate with international volunteers to create a diverse and enriching learning experience.
Required Qualification & Experience for Youth Empowerment Trainer:
- Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in Humanities, Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience working with youth in educational, community development, or youth development settings.
Required Skills for Youth Empowerment Trainer:
- Expertise in designing and delivering engaging training programs.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with young people from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Proven ability to mentor and provide individual support.
- Creativity and resourcefulness in developing engaging activities and workshops.
- Fluency in the local language and English is an advantage.
Salary & Benefit for Youth Empowerment Trainer:
- Salary: Rs. 40,000 to 55,000 (negotiable) per month, including benefits.
