Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Birtamod
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service support.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions.
Key Requirements:
- Strong Verbal Communication Skills: Proficiency in both English and Nepali languages is a must.
- Commitment: Minimum commitment of 1 year and 1 month of notice period for resigning.
- Pleasant Personality: A friendly manner and a positive attitude are essential.
- Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with basic computer operations.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate Passed and Bachelor Running (nearby areas are recommended).
