Field Marketing Officer

7. Gather customer feedback and insights to provide valuable input for product/service improvements.
8. Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
9. Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities.
10. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven experience in field marketing, preferably in the Manufacturing, Furniture, or Real Estate industry.
3. Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
6. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
7. Proficient in using marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and analytics platforms.
8. Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, as required.
