Job Description:
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including referrals, leads, networking events, and online platforms to discuss project details.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
- Reach out to financial institutions, corporate houses, NGOs, INGOs, government offices, hospitals, and professionals to promote our products for lead generation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, legal advisors, and local government bodies (ward offices, Malpot, Naapi) to ensure a smooth and timely procedure.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to drive sales.
- Establish, promote, and maintain the company's brand to generate business.
- Assist clients with the necessary paperwork and documentation required for closing sales deals.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager, Corporate Marketing Manager, and MD.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations in Nepal.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using technology for sales presentations, data management, and client communication.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
