About Us:
Join our team at a leading wooden factory located in New Birtamod, Jhapa, as our Supervisor cum Billing Officer. We are committed to delivering high-quality wooden products and maintaining excellence in our operations.
Responsibilities:
Supervision:
- Oversee day-to-day operations in the wooden factory to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide guidance and support to workers to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Billing:
- Manage billing processes, including invoicing customers and tracking payments.
- Ensure accuracy in billing records and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
- Coordinate with the finance department to resolve billing-related queries or issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Previous experience working in a wooden factory is highly preferred.
