The key responsibilities is to develop and maintain strong customer relationships that contribute to business growth. You will excel in customer relationship management by building trusted connections with both existing and potential customers, understanding their financial objectives, and providing tailored banking solutions. Your role encompasses driving sales and business development by promoting the bank's products and services, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and working collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales targets.

4. Operation In charge (Officer Level: Senior Officer /Officer /Junior Officer)

We are looking a Operation In charge (Officer Level: Senior Officer /Officer /Junior Officer) to Identify areas for process improvement and implement measures to enhance operational efficiency with Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Master’s Degree) in Management from a recognized University/College.

The key responsibilities is to Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the bank, including cash handling, transaction processing, account management, and clearing operations. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures, Mitigate operational risks by implementing effective internal control measures. Ensure adherence to risk management policies and procedures, including fraud prevention, information security, and disaster recovery planning.

Assist in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying their banking needs, and offering appropriate solutions, Support the Branch Manager in managing and leading the branch team, including supervisors, senior assistants, and assistants. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and collaborate with the branch team to achieve sales targets. Contribute to expanding the customer base and enhancing customer loyalty, Deliver excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate and reliable information. Act as a point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

7. Operation In Change (Assistant Level: Supervisor /Senior Assistant /Assistant)

The key responsibilities is to Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) guidelines. Conduct regular audits to assess compliance, address any gaps, and implement corrective actions, Oversee the implementation and maintenance of banking systems and technology platforms. Coordinate with IT teams to ensure smooth functioning of systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement system upgrades as needed.
