- Job Title: Field Coordinator
- Required No: 3 (Three)
Responsibilities of Field Coordinator:
- Coordinate with local government agencies to establish or re-activate local committees for controlling human trafficking.
- Work with district, local, and provincial government agencies in line with existing laws and regulations against human trafficking.
- Organize orientation and interaction programs at local levels, including municipalities and wards, with multi-stakeholder participation.
- Collaborate with civil society organizations, local government, and the private sector.
- Prepare reports on events and activities conducted at the local levels.
- Stay well-informed on issues of human trafficking and gender-based violence, and act proactively for mitigation.
- Collect and coordinate relevant data from project locations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor and as deemed necessary by the project.
Required Qualification & Experience for Field Coordinator:
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of work experience or Intermediate level with 5 years of work experience in relevant fields.
- Experience in human trafficking, child rights, and safe migration is desirable.
Required Skills & Knowledge for Field Coordinator:
- Strong coordination and liaising skills with work groups and stakeholders.
- Ability to monitor and guide activities of field offices and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good verbal and written skills in both Nepali and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn at all times.
- Must have a two-wheeler driving license.
