Job Description for Sales Assistant:

As a Sales Assistant at SHTC International Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Sales Planning: Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    Prospecting and Lead Qualification: Identify potential customers and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
  2. Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers.
  3. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals.
    Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  4. Sales Forecasting: Predict future sales and revenue based on historical data and market trends.
  5. Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  6. Sales Training: Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
  7. Sales Territory Management: Assign sales territories and territories to the sales team for efficient coverage.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  9. Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers and build a customer database.

Required Qualification & Experience for Sales Assistant:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant sales role in the industry.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Competency for Sales Assistant:

  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and understanding of the sales process.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales-related tools.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Salary & Benefit for Sales Assistant:

  • Salary: NRs. 18,000.00 - 22,000.00 Monthly
