Key Responsibilities of Business and Support Officer :

  • Identify and onboard new retail partners to bolster our QR code payment network.
  • Offer comprehensive training and support to retail partners, ensuring seamless transactions through our digital wallet.
  • Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with retail partners to drive the adoption and utilization of our services.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing team to implement targeted promotional campaigns, enhancing customer traffic at retail partner locations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitors' offerings to maintain our competitive advantage.
  • Compile regular reports on QR code payment performance, presenting insights to the management team.

Required Qualification, Experience & Skills for Business and Support Officer :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, relationship management, or operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with digital wallet services and QR code technology is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of the digital payments landscape and emerging trends.
