Required Qualification and Experience for Credit & Marketing-RM (Assistant/Sr. Assistant):

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any stream of Management.

Experience:

  • For Assistant Role: Minimum 2 years of banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs.
  • For Sr. Assistant Role: Minimum 3 years of banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs, having previously served as an Assistant.

Required Skills for Credit & Marketing-RM (Assistant/Sr. Assistant):

  • Excellent knowledge in Credit/Compliance/Operation.
  • Proficiency in both Nepali and English communication.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet assigned targets and lead teams effectively.
