About us:
Ratauli Yuba Club (RYC), a non-profit organization established in 1991 in Mahottari District and affiliated with Nepal's Social Welfare Council, aims to improve socio-economic, environmental, and political conditions through rights-based, participatory, and democratic processes. Mahottari faces severe challenges, including food deficiency due to floods and flawed policies, caste and cultural violence, domestic violence, drug cultivation, human trafficking, and poor water and sanitation. The district also struggles with health issues like uterus collapse, HIV, and typhoid, as well as poor governance and severe flood hazards. To address these problems, RYC collaborates with governmental and non-governmental organizations to bring positive change.

Required Qualification & Experience for Field Supervisor:
- Graduate in Health (B.Sc. Nursing, BPH, B.Ed. Health, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience in health, nutrition, child rights, and child protection
- Experience in stakeholder coordination, report writing, training editing, and supervision
Required Skills & Knowledge for Field Supervisor:
- Knowledge of planning, implementation, and project management
- Practical knowledge of computers and smart phone usage
2.Job Title: Community Coordinator:
- Required No: 1 (One)

Required Qualification & Experience for Community Coordinator:
- Proficiency certificate or equivalent in social mobilization or related field
- Experience in facilitating community mobilization and implementing municipal and ward-level plans
- At least 2 years of experience in report writing and supervision
Required Skills & Knowledge for Community Coordinator:
- Good practical knowledge of basic computer and smart phone usage
- Ability to write reports in Nepali and speak the local language
Additional Information:
